Christmas is just Around the Corner !

Christmas is all most here and I'm so excited!! We've got the tree up, the lights up, and we just started Advent tonight.

The tree is only as tall as me, 5 ft. but its cute! And theirs 5 presents under the tree so far. Better get crack'n with the gift makings!!!

The other day we made paper Snowflakes while we watched Elf, and when we hung them up we listened to Tom Petty. :)

Thanksgiving.

We've had a great Thanksgiving this year, and I hope you did too!
We had a delicious meal. Roast and carrots, sweet potato souffle with homemade marshmallows, green bean casserole, corn casserole, and mashed potatoes and gravy.

DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!

 

Almost forgot about the Homemade cranberry sauce!!

 After dinner we read some poetry about fall and giving thanks.

            And then...

                                                                      DESSERT!!!!!!!!!!

We had chocolate cake, with cream cheese icing. The cranberry sauce didn't  get jelloy the way it was supposed to, so we drizzled it on our cake. YUM-YUM!!!!!
